Youngstown Preparatory Academy is a non-profit community school governed by a local school board.  YPA's Board of Directors meets in accordance with the approved Board Calendar.  All meetings are open to the public.

The board meeting will be held virtually via meet.google.com/qbr-orbq-gwk. The purposes of the Meeting are to consider various administrative matters and to address any other general business that may properly come before the Board of Directors.
